Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products ❤️, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or are no longer wanted.

However, your satisfaction remains important to us 😊. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly assist with a replacement, exchange, or refund, subject to the conditions below:

✅ The item must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
✅ Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
✅ Clear photos 📸 of the product and packaging may be required for verification.
✅ Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the item has been inspected and approved.

Please note:

❌ For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened intimate products, lubricants, supplements, or consumables.
📦 Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
🛠️ Warranty coverage, where applicable, applies only to manufacturer defects and not damage caused by misuse, water exposure, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
