Libido, Libido, Libido, wherefore art thou?
The primary hormones that affect sexual desire and libido are Testosterone (in men) and Dopamine (in women). You can Google those to find out how to supplement them. This is something that despite thousands of years of research, mankind still does not know how to “fix” it.
I am sceptical about the future of solving this with match and science. Sex is as easy as it is complicated. While science is hard at work on the physical brain, perhaps we can work on the spiritual mind. Someone once said, “the best sex is not sex, but the anticipation thereof.”
I am no specialist or therapist, but I have learned from my mistakes and victories. Here are 10 ideas, for activities to boost your libido, that does not require chemicals. (And you know many of them, but you just don’t always want to admit it).
I leave you with a great quote:
“Anyone who is observant, who discovers the person they have always dreamed of, knows that sexual energy comes into play before sex even takes place. The greatest pleasure isn’t sex, but the passion with which it is practised. When the passion is intense, then sex joins in to complete the dance, but it is never the principal aim.”

Did you know?
Sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra, was first patented in 1996.
Legend has it though that the Chinese stumbled on this, decades, possibly centuries before that. According to the legend a Chinese emperor had many wives, and it was expected of him to have many children. The emperor was unable to perform at such level. His scientists set out to find a solution. Through years of studying animal and plant ingredients, and many tests, they eventually created a natural remedy that did exactly what the emperor required – an erection booster.
With time, this formula was perfected and with modern equipment and science made its way into a small convenient, condensed, and concentrated little tablet.
As far as record goes, OTO CHAO was the first pill that was formulated in this way. Today there are hundreds of brands with the same effect as Viagra, but just much cheaper
Noticeably, our best sellers are Kamagra, The Blue Pill and Big Man Hard.
